HAVE TRUST

The traditional hierarchy has an excess of built-in control systems. She illustrates our assumptions and beliefs about people and work. Assumptions and beliefs based in fear and mistrust.

 

Bosses spend the vast majority of their time managing and a very limited amount of time inspiring.

While employees dislike interference and especially need simple attention. Sincere attention and trust.
