DARE TO DREAM

Albert Einstein once said: Logic will get you from A to B; imagination takes you everywhere.

​

Strong leaders sometimes become bossy bosses and asking questions is not their forte. But if only the top comes up with it, then you get loyal executives at best. It often leads to cynicism.

​

A shared dream, a shared ambition, on the other hand, generates energy and creativity.
