Breathwork

In my search for energy and potential in organizations I have noticed that breathwork can contribute significantly. A quest that surprisingly turned out to run parallel to my own quest for more breathing space.

Breathwork both in teams and in one-on-one sessions. Teams work together more smoothly and effectively and people work more spontaneously and inventively.

Founder

The big difference in commitment and enthusiasm in different organizations intrigues me. Some organizations are vibrant, vibrant and anything is possible there. In others there is no “drive” and employees only come to exchange time for money.

​

Also from the world of sports and my own experience as a life-time rower, I know what drive is possible, if a team has a clear goal in mind and what, often major, efforts people are willing to make to achieve that goal.

​

Personally, I am happy when I can offer companies and institutions such a new way of working. A way of organizing that makes people happier and makes organizations more inventive and productive.
